FSO Kakap Natuna is a converted tanker used to receive, store and offload crude oil, located in Kakap Field, Natuna Sea. It is also known as the Kakap Field Marine Terminal, it has an unsheltered mooring area, with 90-100 meters water depth. It is located 160 km north of Matak Island, Anambas group of islands, Riau Island Province, Indonesia, and is operated by the Company, Star Energy (Kakap) Ltd. – SEKL.
FSO Kakap Natuna can stored upto 700,000 bbls crude oil and liquid and is moored by a steel yoke located at the stem of the vessel to the SBM which is moored by six mooring chains to the seabed.
The FSO received oil and liquid production from wells, located on four production Platforms (KH, KF, KG and KRA), flowing through subsea pipelines, and up through the flexible risers, the fluid swivel on the SBM, through rigid piping on the arm of the yoke to the cargo storage tanks of the vessel.
The Export Tanker will be moored to the FSO in a bow-to-bow configuration by a mooring hawser.

Install 6 nos Marker Buoys on existing Chains
Add & joint 3 inch existing chain with 4 ½ inch chain.
